Breast cancer is a disease that affects women and is also the second leading cause of death. According to the American Medical Association and American Cancer Society, cancer of the breast is the most common disease than women. It usually does not affect women until they reach age 20.
Each year, millions of women are diagnosed with breast cancer. It is due to the amount and frequency of screening. As we age, women, increase cancer screening visits.
Most women go through a procedure when they visit their doctor they have a mammogram. Mammography is used to determine if cancer is present.
With all these discussions about cancer of the breast, the question is what is cancer of the breast. Breast cancer is when abnormal cells that have mutated in some way to the point that it is not normal. The next question is why women get it?
There are many causes of cancer of the breast. In some women, cancer of the breast appears to form if your menstrual cycle begins early. The average age of first menstrual period is about 12 years. But for those who start earlier, run a risk for breast cancer during her lifetime, especially before reaching 30.
These are the stages of Breast cancer and the treatment:
Stage 1
At this stage, the size of the cancerous lump is not more than 2 cm and cannot be detected from outside. A very systematic treatment will be given at this stage of cancer, the aim for this treatment is that cancer cells can not spread and does not continue to the next stage.

Stage 2
At this stage, the possibility of cured patients is 30-40% depending on the extent of the spread of the cancer cells.

Cancer has spread to all parts of the breast, even reaching the skin, chest wall, ribs and chest muscles.

The cancer cells has spread to other parts of the body, usually the bones, lungs, liver or brain.

Many types of breast cancers are hereditary. If the family has had cancer of the breast, it is very likely to move for posterity. So if you had a great-grandmother, grandmother, mother, sister or cousin who had breast cancer, there is a chance you could get it to.
Women taking estrogen replacement therapy have a chance to get breast cancer. This is true whether the treatment was extended to 10 years.

It is clear that breast cancer is a serious disease that cannot be taken lightly. Women should never refuse to take the tests, especially when they reach age 20.
